Job seekers must submit truthful applications and refrain from providing false credentials or misleading information.

OnePoint does not guarantee employment, nor does it verify job listings or applications unless explicitly stated.

We reserve the right to remove job listings or applications that violate our policies.

4. User-Generated Content

By submitting content (e.g., resumes, job listings, messages) to OnePoint, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content to provide our services.

You agree not to upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict content at our discretion.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect and use information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

By using OnePoint, you consent to data collection practices, including personal information, resumes, job applications, and user activity logs.

Employers may access job seekers’ information for recruitment purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in OnePoint, including trademarks, logos, and software, are owned by OnePoint.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of our services without written consent.

7. Service Availability and Changes

We strive to keep OnePoint available and operational but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of OnePoint at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

OnePoint is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of OnePoint, including but not limited to employment outcomes or data security breaches.

Your use of OnePoint is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to OnePoint if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use OnePoint will cease immediately.

Employers and job seekers may delete their accounts at any time, subject to our data retention policies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where OnePoint operates.

Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
