- Preparing and executing Customer coverage plan and meeting/visit schedules in the assigned territory
- Developing own sales mechanisms to sell spare parts & service utilizing available product information, O&M manuals, user requirement, field condition
- Visiting customer offices/ sites as per agreed schedules, demonstrating service and reporting the outcome to line manager
- Collecting, organizing, and sharing with line manager information on orders, potential customers, competitors, and any other market intelligence
- Creating, negotiating, and closing commercial agreements
- Coordinating with other team members (within business line and Service) and providing support towards timely service delivery
- Sharing information with internal sales, parts & commercial teams through ‘TEAMS’ communications
- Ensure that terms and conditions are agreed, delivery/invoicing/payment details are available and required documentation is prepared
- Keeping customer/order information up to date in CRM or other sales related ERP system or tracker
- Strive to exceed customer satisfaction through prompt response, good communication and building good relations with customer representatives
- Providing service sales forecast data to Service Manager
- Timely reporting – daily/weekly/monthly as per frequency and format decided by Service Manager
- Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs
