An ideal candidate must have atleast 10+ years of experience in a similar profile and 8- 10 years of experience in UAE.

Qualification: Bachelors / Masters

Nationality: Indian 

Age Limit: 32 - 38 Years

Proven track record of supporting senior executives, managing office operations, and coordinating cross-functional teams

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in office software (Microsoft TEAMS, project management tools, etc.) and managing office systems and processes

Job Description:

•            Providing administrative and business support to company CEO.

•            Extensively manage e-mails including checking incoming/outgoing emails and following up as necessary.

•            Respond accurately to internal and external information requests.

•            Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.

•            Organize travel arrangements, booking flights, accommodation.

•            Prepare reports and documentation for meetings and appointments.

•            Assist with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements as needed.

•            Perform basic banking and book-keeping task for personal.

•            Maintaining demanding calendars for all senior executive team, which includes arranging and coordinating all meetings, internally and externally, as well as teleconferences.

•            Organizing P & L meetings every quarter, along with coordinating other staff events.

•            Co-ordinating with procurement team for clearing and ensuring timely outstanding payment.

•            Email writing and correspondence.

•            Support for writing media related interviews.
