Position Summary:

The TV Sales Manager will be responsible for delivering action plans to achieve specified targets. Will work with Channel partners on strategic selling to meet and exceed sales targets, and uncover existing and future project opportunities The TV Sales Manager will influence key decision makers, buyer and owners.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Develops internal portfolio plan, including strategies and initiatives, based on insights.
  • Develops marketing, promotion, in-store and merchandising plans, gaining customer alignment and resources required for implementation Integrates new item launch plans into annual plans.
  • Identifies business shortfall or opportunity and develops short-term solutions.
  • Periodically reviews progress against plan and adjusts as necessary Conducts competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Analyze industry / competition trend
  • Grow volume/revenue and market share
  • Seek for leads/opportunities to gain access to new business sectors
  • Develop a sound sales/project pipeline in B2C sector
  • Lead pricing and promotion strategy across market and channel partners
  • Fosters relationships across multiple touchpoints of customer's value chain (Marketing, Category Management, Supply Chain and Store Operations). Cross-sell and up-sell the product line with the current dealer base
  • Develops and makes presentations to the Customer to gain buy-in and alignment on proposed plans, strategies and initiatives
  • Meets with customer on a regular basis to discuss issues, plans, initiatives, etc. Coordinate and supplement product training with companies Training Team
  • Prospect for potential new dealers
  • Facilitate excellence for in-store merchandising of the product
  • Oversees plan and initiative Implementation collaboratively with customer
  • Monitors account compliance with plans
  • Ensures execution according to plan for new item launches
  • Ensures proper brand message is delivered
  • Manages inventory and sell-through activity
  • Conducts scenario planning to address opportunities that arise

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Electronics Sales (Strategy & Execution).
  • Strategic & critical thinking.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Proactive work ethics and open-mindedness.
  • Communication and 'people skills.
  • Planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
