Home Appliances - Sales Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing
Position Summary
The HA (Home Appliances) Sales will manage HA Future Products sales and cover strategic accounts. The client set includes the on/off-line retail as well as corporate resellers. Majority of the focus will be on HA devices.
Principal Responsibilities
- Analyze industry / competition trend
- Grow volume/revenue and market share
- Seek for leads/opportunities to gain access to new business sectors
- Develop a sound sales/project pipeline in B2C sector
- Lead pricing and promotion strategy across market and channel partners
- Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans
- Deliver high accuracy sales forecast for short/mid-term
- Co-work with related departments within the company to facilitate sales
- Lead/support marketing team to develop & execute marketing plan (Digital, In-store, PR, events, campaigns, etc.)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years of relevant B2C HA experience
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Strategic & critical thinking
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Proactive work ethics and open-mindedness
- Communication and 'people skills'
- Planning and organizational skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
