Position Summary

The HA (Home Appliances) Sales will manage HA Future Products sales and cover strategic accounts. The client set includes the on/off-line retail as well as corporate resellers. Majority of the focus will be on HA devices.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Analyze industry / competition trend
  • Grow volume/revenue and market share
  • Seek for leads/opportunities to gain access to new business sectors
  • Develop a sound sales/project pipeline in B2C sector
  • Lead pricing and promotion strategy across market and channel partners
  • Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans
  • Deliver high accuracy sales forecast for short/mid-term
  • Co-work with related departments within the company to facilitate sales
  • Lead/support marketing team to develop & execute marketing plan (Digital, In-store, PR, events, campaigns, etc.)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 years of relevant B2C HA experience
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Strategic & critical thinking
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Proactive work ethics and open-mindedness
  • Communication and 'people skills'
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
