Sales Engineer- Digital Signage Sales & Marketing
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate solutions design with Sales team, Product team, and Solution providers to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Demonstrate an ability to meet client objectives by conducting Proof of Concept evaluations & building a tight relationship with partners.
- Closely collaborate with various internal B2B sales teams, (Pre-Sales, Direct and Channel) in order to ensure alignment with sales goals and strategies.
- To collect Channel Inventory data from each of distribution partner.
- To discuss with Asst. Product Manager on future forecast if there are any of forecast from sales team on channel LTI models.
- Collect channel sell out data from each of distribution partner.
- Provide bi weekly supply plans visibility to distribution.
- Update pipeline actual data & Manage overdue pipeline - Inform to the team and guide.
- Manage sample in/out.
- Manage and pre-alert credit status and inform to the team.
- Collaborate SVC team to manage open SVC tickets.
- Check with customers for initial feedback and provide to BDM.
- Support the Sales & Marketing team with preparing presentations for clients, trade shows etc.
- Support / guide Marketing team on the requirements from SI / Consultants (Tech support).
Experience / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of relevant work
- The ability to write, read, interpret, explain, and act on thorough understanding of technical documents, engineering materials, or related documents.
- Ability to make professional business presentations in writing, through emails and reports, or orally, including complex business and technical matters to an audience of high technical, management, and operational experience.
- Excellent communication skills, exceptional presentation skills and the ability to handle large audiences are a must.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders in a solution partner or customer organization.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and deliver value to the sales organization.
- Accept tasks and problems/situations that differ, requiring creativity to search for optimal solutions, when only broad and general guidelines exist for solving problems. The ability to utilize implied knowledge of task alternatives and to make spontaneous decisions using past experience and the guidance and/or successful experiences of others.
