Digital Signage Training Specialist – Dubai Digital Signage Training Specialist – Dubai Others






Role & Responsibility:

  • Coordinate technical training sessions for Digital signage/ ID Sales Engineers and partners
  • Conduct product demo sessions for partners and end customers
  • Monitor internal ID members’ skills and capabilities
  • Prepare product training material and presentations
  • Manage and maintain  Business Innovation Centre with regular checks, update the systems software and hardware
  • Assess the  Business Innovation Centre utilization and report it to MEA management
  • Monitor and report the Sales & Technical trainings conducted by subsidiaries in MEA region
  • Manage ID Inventory In/Out (assets/samples) and support periodic audit with accounting and supply chain departments
  • Manage the purchase of new assets/samples and consumables

Requirements & Experience :

  • Education: BSC. Information Technology  / Electronics / Electricity / Computer / AV Engineering
  • Language: Fluent in Arabic & English
  • Who has minimum 3~4 years experience in AV industry
  • Skills
    - Highly presentable with Good presentation skill
    - MS Office: High-level in using Power Point/Excel High Level
    - Multi-tasking / Communication skill / Good ideation / Good attitude in teamwork
