Regional Marketing Coordinator - Abu Dhabi Regional Marketing Coordinator - Abu Dhabi Sales & Marketing





Job Description:


1. Social Media (LinkedIn): contents creation, posting and engagement: all BLs

2. Events Planning & Coordination: Handling events e.g. ADIPEC, EIC, WFES, and Big5 Dubai, KSA.

3. Press Releases: Collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring internal approvals are obtained.

4. Project Leads: Being the main point of contact for all leads across all business lines.

5. Marketing materials: presentations, brochures, flyers, and arranging giveaways.

6. Internal Marketing: Managing MENAP newsletter and intranet articles.

7. Implementing webinar development strategy for 2024 and beyond. This entails conducting marketing campaigns through email blasts and social media, coordinating with subject matter experts for presentations, hosting webinars, and analyzing post-webinar data (registrations, attendance rate, P/L and leads generated, Q&A participation, email conversions, etc.).

8. Developing a marketing plan that aligns completely with group AAA strategy. This plan should have specific objectives for different business lines and services to reinforce our brand positioning in the region. Coordination with the global marketing team is essential.

9. Leading the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and fostering collaboration.

10. Analyzing customer feedback, market trends, and marketing best practices with the sales team in the region and countries. This analysis will help us formulate successful strategies.
