Key responsibilities:


  • Support business growth by building relationships with Authorities, consultants, contractors and manufacturers.
  • Support our clients in area allocated, and ensure that enquiries are well received, responded to and executed on time.
  • Meet/overachieve sales targets.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our customers and support operations to ensure high efficiency according to working instructions.
  • Monitor and stay up to date with market regulations related to our services.
  • Continuously monitor the customer’s satisfaction and feedback through the NPS and effectively analyze customer perceptions for performance improvement.
  • Ensure that company’s QA & HSE systems are fully implemented in the area with full compliance.
  • Support, organize and take part in Business development and marketing initiatives set by management.
  • Sell Services by establishing contacts and developing relationships with prospective clients. Going out in the Market and proactively sell services to the clients.
  • Carry out Sales Performance and NPS (Sales calls, reporting, services, selling ratio)
  • Develop new relations with prospective clients
  • Ensure customer leads are followed through and recorded in iConnect.
  • Ensuring client payments are obtained within the credit limit period.
  • Fire safety industry education.
