Responsibilities :

  • Upsell existing programmes and commercial services by account penetration.
  • Meet and exceed annual revenue, margin, new customers, and key activity targets.
  • Meet and exceed all agreed target mechanisms.
  • Achieve new business goals.
  • Assist in developing relationships with key government departments.
  • Provide monthly activity reports as required.
  • Build strong relations with excellent communication both internal and external.
  • Customer focused and be able to drive a first-class service.
  • Technical ability to understand testing and government standards.

Strategic Planning:

  • Create a long term ambitious “Objective” in synchronization with existing strengths of the business line and

existing opportunity for growth.

  • Contribute to short- and long-term organizational planning and strategy Planning.
  • Creating and delivering on the annual business plan for the Business Line
  • Deciding business expansion and enhancement strategies

Customer Focus

  • Consistently deliver on company’s TQA Customer promise
  • Maintain proactive, dynamic, and effective communication with customers always.
  • Offer and ensure quick resolution of customers’ problems to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

and repeat business.

  • Involve/enlist the help of others to solve the problem.

Business Development

  • Tap market potential and stay abreast of all opportunities.
  • Identifying potential customers/ clients for the services of the division in co-ordination with his team.
  • Ensure all sub business streams perform as per plans.
  • Develop an environment with robust systems, processes and customer delight which will enable and encourage business opportunities.
  • Achievement of planned team objective through continuous monitoring and review of the team performance and timely extension of support
  • Continuously work with the team for business development through ATIC sales, up-selling, and identifying new customers

Education & Experience

  • A proven track background in working in the sales field, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods market.
  • A successful and verified track record in leading a sales department to achieve its goals or alternatively be an account manager looking for their next challenge.
  • Able to identify opportunities in sales and profits and possess knowledge on how to build a laser focused approach to achieve or exceed set sales performance targets.
  • Skilled in data analysis and managing customers using customer relationship management (CRM) as this position involves working with a lot of data and prospects.
