Implementing CRM/PII data campaigns or solutions to engage, retain, upsell & recruit potential customers in MEA region.
•CRM/PII data management from various source such as company website, apps and local on/offline marketing activities.
•Implementation and integration of CRM tools (such as Salesforce) to utilize, manage and optimize CRM data for marketing campaigns.
•Execute campaigns using different communication tools to target and interact with our customer base (including e-mail, newsletter, SMS, push notification, etc).
•Coordinating with legal team to check legal guidelines based on local laws for collecting and utilizing CRM/PII data.
•Experienced in managing (customer segmentation) and executing targeted online/offline campaigns using Adobe / Google Data Management platforms.
•Support Regional digital campaign execution in MEA region.
•Work closely with subsidiaries’ PIC to support and to resolve daily issues
•Work closely with HQ’s PIC to understand KPIs & guidelines
•To develop best practice cases with subsidiaries
•To support other digital related works within Regional Marketing team based on requirement
•Weekly reporting to the marketing team head
•Marketing Budget management and vendor registration on the internal system and invoicing for the related works.
