One of our clients, a leading European MNC is looking for a HR Manager for their branch office in Centurion, South Africa.
He/She MUST be an South African national and locally available.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the HR function and at least 5-6 years minimum experience in a managerial capacity in an International / Multinational working environment.
Responsible for defining and driving HR Strategy of the country on the basis of the regional HRO/HRD/HRC&B strategies.
Operational responsibility of local HR including Budget responsibility, responsible for implementing policies in terms of processes, IT-tools and quality management concerning HR in coordination with Regional Manager – HR.
Maintaining and Conducting Performance Management of all the employees.
Assist with various Legal, Compliance and Regulatory projects.
Responsible for compliance and monitoring of the Company’s Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
