Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, Implement, communicate and Follow up a clear product and testing
  • requirement creation / change process including an IT system support.
  • Lead and drive identification and mapping of new and changed legislation for
  • Sales markets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, warehouse & territory team to ensure that products reach territory with required compliance within the given timeline.
  • Set up a continuous improvement program with external test labs to ensure product are tested at optimized way following the Corporate pricing structure.
  • Take part in Safety Risk group decision meeting with expertise products and tests, whenever applicable.
  • Set up a Document Management System for product & test requirement standard -creation, -filing and -communication towards suppliers.
  • Ensure registration of our products across all territories in required way.
  • Train staff and suppliers in company product & test requirement standards

Specific / Relevant Experience

  1. Must have experience from other global Retailer in furnishings or from test lab environment.
  2. Should have experience in Lighting home items and Food contact items (Kitchenware & Table ware).
  3. Must have experience from dealing with authorities and legislative bodies.

Skills and Capabilities

  • Knowledge and Industry expertise in both House Hold products.
  • Ability to build strong strategies and process to drive overall set goals.
  • Effective communicator with Interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English for both oral and written

Minimum Experience

Minimum 4 years of Experience of requirement and testing in the field of Houseware items.
