Our client, a leading MNC is looking for a high-performing system air conditioner sales engineer to help them to meet their sales, profit and award growth targets.
Candidate will be responsible for maximizing their sales team potential, crafting sales plans in some of East African countries and justifying those plans to the upper management .
• Achieve growth and hit sales, profit and award targets in given market territory
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Coach and monitor performance of distributors in our east africa market territories
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present our product solution to consultants, contractors and end clients to meet their requirement.
• Identify emerging demand and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• BS/MS degree in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC related field
• Successful previous experience as a sales manager position at least 3 years with well know international HVAC companies
• Willing to relocate to any of East Africa countries (Zambia, Uganda, or Kenya)
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Should be Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint savvy
