Regional Officer – Quality (IMEA region) - KSA Regional Officer – Quality (IMEA region) - KSA Others





We are looking for an Regional Officer Quality Management (Saudi & IMEA) for our client in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.


Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Execution of QM tasks coming especially from GO QM and BO QM (eyes and arms for GO QM and BO QM)
  • Responsibility for definition, implementation and controlling of QM strategy for the assigned Region in alignment and corresponding to BS and corporate / global QM strategy and standards
  • Implementation and controlling of global and BS specific QM standards, QM processes and QM strategies
  • Budget responsibility for RO QM (if applicable)
  • Responsible for definition, implementation and controlling of regional specific QM tools, QM processes, QM standards and QM topics
  • Run, control and organize operative QM business within region inclusive QA according to given standard, strategy etc
  • Lead the QM Competence Centers (Shared Service Center QM) according to the requirements, planning etc coming from the technical QM lead (QCCL = QM Competence Center Lead) if applicable
  • Implement and control the QA system according to the requirements, planning etc coming from BO QM
  • Plan and conduct internal audits for the region and support external audits
  •  Ensure and conduct crisis management for region according to global standard·Follow up of QM specific measures coming from complaint management, audits, improvement projects, QA, process and performant management, Q-Culture activities or other corporate activities  
  •  Plan and provide management review (regional view)·Coordinate regional relevant complaint management according to complaint process  
  • Support and train regional and local QM team 
  • QM know-how transfer within the region
  •  Create and provide QM-report on basis of global and BS requirements·Implement and control regional specific QM KPI and data according to global and BS specific QM standard and add PPI if needed  
  • Working actively together with the BO QM team, the global QM team and GO QM i.e. regarding standards, processes, strategies and improvement projects
  • Give GO QM, BO QM and the global QM team input like needs, best practice solutions or status of Q related topics
  • Reduce Q related risks within the region
  • Contact to authorities and external Q-Organization regarding regional Q and QM issues
  • Technical report to GO QM
  • Disciplinary report to R-EVP
  • Disciplinary and technical responsibility for assigned employees of QM for the region
  • Technical responsibility for assigned employees of QM for the region (LO QM, QM in location)


Candidate Profile:

  • Technical university degree or comparable
  • Job experience as Q manager > 5 years
  • Very good leadership skills
  • Professional QM experience
  • English: business fluent
  • Team oriented
  • Able to work in a matrix organization
  • Professional knowledge of quality tools, methods and processes 
  • Very good and proven knowledge of norms like ISO 9001
  • Internal auditor skills
  • Very good change management and analytical skills
  • Structured way of working
  • Very good communicator
  • Flexible 
  • Willing to travel
  • Good communicator
