• Setup / Checking / Improving for Standard SVC operation Process
• Monitoring & Improving Subs. / Distributor SVC KPI
• NPS Survey Analysis & Action plan F-up
• Leading the task accomplishment for fast execution and finding main task/risk based on business environment.
• Develop the process for optimized Operation and resolve current issue/directions in advance.
-English language is mandatory & Arabic is preferable
-MS Office expert
-Over 3 years experience
