Our client a leading civil construction firm is looking for Accomodation manager. Our client has an employee headcount of over 8, 000 with multiple sites across the country, they are looking for a highly motivated individual to manage all estates across Dubai. The Accommodation Manager is key to the day to day running and operations of our staff accommodation.
The position will require: Manage the various government authorities such as the civil defense, municipality and other related government bodies to ensure all operating requirements for all Company property and accommodation meets legislation and standards of the UAE. Manage all leases, contracts and landlord relationships related to Company sites. The supervision of cleaning, maintenance and refurbishments to all properties, including staff accommodation, company offices and training centers. Budget and manage finances, providing regular updates and reporting on occupancy and mobility management of employee accommodation sites. Planning staff rosters and covering duty rosters and ensuring adequate coverage for operations. Carry out regular inspections within all accommodations to ensure that hygiene and health, safety and environmental regulations are in line with company and government standards.
