Business Development Manager -ICT / Cyber Security (India) Business Development Manager -ICT / Cyber Security (India) Sales & Marketing

 

 

 

Requirements

  1. Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role in ICT sales.
  2. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  3. Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  4. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  6. experience with CRM software process and MS Office (particularly MS Excel& Outlook)
  7. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  8. BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field experience & accomplishment.

 

Responsibilities

  1. compiling lists of prospective client businesses using trade directories and other sources
  2. acquiring and updating knowledge of employer's and competitors' goods and services, and market conditions
  3. visiting regular and prospective client businesses to establish and act on selling opportunities& Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  4. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  5. assessing customers' needs and explaining the goods and services which meet their needs
  6. promoting employers' ICT goods and services to existing and prospective clients
  7. quoting and negotiating prices and credit terms, and completing contracts and recording orders
  8. reporting to sales management on sales made and the marketability of ICT goods and services
  9. following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with ICT goods and services purchased, arranging modifications and resolving any problems arising
  10. Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  11. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  12. Preparing sales reports, and maintaining and submitting records of business expenses incurred.
