Our client, a leading testing, inspection and certification company is looking for a Country Manager (government inspection & system certification) for their operations in Algeria.
· Manage and supervise the Government inspection and international Trade team
· Ensure the inspection and certification process is performed in accordance with the requirements of set standards and accreditations
· Have the final authority regarding certification decisions
· Certify Certificate of Conformity as authorized certifier
· Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints when required
· International coordination with affiliates to ensure successful completion of assignments
· Profit and Loss responsibility
· Annual budget planning
· Interviewing of potential candidates
· Monthly business reporting to the regional GIIT manager
· Personnel appraisal and definition of development plan
· Definition of annual quality management objectives related to GIIT
Comply and ensure implementation of the company’s and the customer’s Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
