The Quality Manager must develop and guarantee the Total Quality Management (quality controls, continuous Improvements, process-product and system audits, internal quality and supplier control and cost, Customer satisfaction). He/she must promote the culture and management of quality at all levels and he/she has to take care/sponsor the training plan to improve the quality system awareness and effectiveness. The Quality manager is responsible for leading the cost of the quality as well as the other specific KPI. Follow up and report KPI´s related. Frequent contact with all departments/functions inside the company; manage programs, activities and resources inside Quality department in order to achieve customer satisfaction in accordance with ISO standards.
He/she has to take care of the relationship with customers, suppliers and certification body.
•Coordinate quality activities and manage a team of Laboratories, Quality System, Internal Quality, Customer Quality and Supplier Quality 
•Ensure the right quality and management, according to the quality system, of the supplied components including raw materials,   
 products on the different manufacturing steps, including tools and equipment's as well as the finished goods.     
•Manage actively the suppliers (audits and KPI) and related improvement plan.        
•Management of internal (company & suppliers) and external (Customers) claims.        
•Ensure the alignment of the Quality System to the BMS and the Quality Standards as well as the active knowledge by the entire plant.
•Manage the Customer’s Audits and communication/relationship to satisfy Customer requirements.      
•Ensure Quality’s Certifications and support internal and external Audits (2nd and 3rd party).      
•Support products and processes homologation.                
•Manage Quality KPI’s according to the BMS requirements and current needs.        
•Support plant manager, senior management of the plant and Central Quality team for all aspects related to the quality management.
•Sponsors and participates actively in the processes of continuous improvement (6 Sigma, Lean, FMEA, 8D, APQP).   
•Build team inside the quality department and promote the team working & cross-functional team; support training needs and development 
 plans to improve the culture of the quality at all level and promote an effective communication concerning KPI and claims in the factory
 as well as at Central level.
