Manager- Procurement (Tyre industry) Manager- Procurement (Tyre industry) Logistics & Supply Chain



Job Description:-

  • Orders - Collate and Finalize orders in concurrence with sales team and place to factory to secure PI.  Ensure its correctness as per agreed terms and conditions and sign the contracts.
  • Loading Plan - Follow up for shipment plan and share details with sales team for confirmation and confirm to factory.
  • Freight – Negotiate with forwarders and arrange shipment at best possible freight and ensure documents are received on time.
  • System entries – Register Purchase order, Sales contract, Shipment advise for all shipments.
  • Coordinate with Finance team and arrange timely payment to all vendors and reconcile payment records on timely basis.
  • Involve in process re-engineering and automation activities resulting in cost-reduction and work efficiency.
  • Maintain and monitor operations KPI on daily basis.
  • Prepare reports on adhoc basis
