Service Quality Management Executive (Dubai) Service Quality Management Executive (Dubai) Engineering & Technical

 

 

 

Our client, a leading consumer electronic company is looking for Service Quality Executive, for their office in Dubai.

Job Description:

§  Understand quality metrics, monitoring and improvement tools

§   Quality trend report (defect rate, new model, rework, major issues etc)

§   Major issue onsite visit and analysis

§   Enthusiastic communicator on the issue (Factory, Subsidiary, Technician)

§   Quality planning and major issues f/up

§   Good Communicator with trainer, tech supporter, technician and HQ

 

Sub Functions:

§  Statistical  knowledge and skill

§  to analyze quality issue of consumer goods (TV, REF, W/M etc)

§  Communication skill to expedite Problem-solving.

§  High PowerPoint skill required

§  Sense of responsibility

Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree
  •  Quality standards knowledge
  •  Product training, quality planning and mgmt experienced in CE
  •  English communication skill
