§ Understand quality metrics, monitoring and improvement tools
§ Quality trend report (defect rate, new model, rework, major issues etc)
§ Major issue onsite visit and analysis
§ Enthusiastic communicator on the issue (Factory, Subsidiary, Technician)
§ Quality planning and major issues f/up
§ Good Communicator with trainer, tech supporter, technician and HQ
§ Statistical knowledge and skill
§ to analyze quality issue of consumer goods (TV, REF, W/M etc)
§ Communication skill to expedite Problem-solving.
§ High PowerPoint skill required
§ Sense of responsibility
- Bachelor Degree
- Quality standards knowledge
- Product training, quality planning and mgmt experienced in CE
- English communication skill
