Role Objective:
Providing a pipeline of sales ready for certification and service delivery, in order to contribute towards the achievement of overall business objectives and agreed target level of sales with new and existing customers
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Work on sales plan delivery to ensure exceeding revenue targets
Identifying and accruing new accounts
Grow existing clients accounts and expand on opportunities
Produce proposals/quotations and submit these to clients within the defined timeframe
Support the qualification of new business opportunities
Support the communication with customers (technical and business items) needed to secure projects
Attend customer call and meetings with team members to discuss service requirements & technicality
COMPETENCIES
• Familiar with product certification and certification body operations
• Proven track record of sales
• 5 to 7 years of experience
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
• Good IT literacy skills (Microsoft Office)
• Degree in electrical engineering or technical background is ideal
• Understanding in testing and certification of electrical products
• Familiarity with certification programs, (ECAS, G-MARK, RoHS)
• Ability to work under own initiative and part of a team
• Ability to discuss technicality with clients and internal team members
• Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service
• Highly energized mind-set with willingness and desire to learn and adapt individually
• Excellent time management skills
