Assistant Accountant - Dubai Assistant Accountant - Dubai Accounts & Finance

 

 

 

 

Responsible for comprehensive financial analysis through AR (account receivable, collection), Accounting (monthly closing, cash management, payment), Management of Marketing expense.

Responsibilities:

Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.

To be successful in this role, have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.

  1. Tracking payments to internal and external
  2. Budget and cash flow forecasts Processing
  3. Manage all accounting transactions
  4. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  5. Ensure timely bank payments
  6. Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  7. Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data
  8. Preparing bills receivable, invoices and bank deposits
  9. Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues

Experience:

  1. Work experience as an Accountant
  2. Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  3. Hands-on experience with accounting software like Oracle Package
  4. Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  5. Strong communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills;
  6. Results oriented, focused on target achievement;
  7. Excellent computer skills (specially MS Office EXCEL)

Language:  Fluent in English &Ukrainian
