QHSE Document Controller - Abu Dhabi QHSE Document Controller - Abu Dhabi Others








  • Responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents. Control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by department


  • Oversee transfer of physical documents into computer software to ensure accuracy is maintained. Retrieve the necessary documents when asked & answer any questions related to a specific file


  • Create a filing system for the department and act as custodian of all documents


  • Assist QSHE Manager in regular tasks and follow ups where needed


  • Arrange, organize, and coordinate meetings, trainings, drills etc.



  • Assist QHSE Manager in creating and maintaining procedures for IMS in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OSHAD, FANR, EAD and other relevant standards


  • Assist QHSE Manager in following up for corrective actions regarding external, internal, and spot audits


  • Maintain all QHSE related registers i.e. Annual Medical Surveillance, NCR Register, Actions Items Registers


  • Ensure timely updates on all web portals i.e. Al Adaa, FANR, EAD, Tadweer etc


  • Raise purchase requisitions for all QHSE related invoices and new requests


  • Coordinate with HSE Officers and follow up on their action items for effective close out and timely feedback


  • Follow up, upload, and obtain all Legal renewals like FANR, OSHAD, Civil Defense, Chemical Precursor, EAD, Tadweer, Jaheziya etc.


  • Maintain calibration registers, schedule calibration of equipment and maintain copies of calibration certificates. Share and upload calibration documentation in the network folder


  • Maintain all training related documentation like register, forms, certificates for all personnel


  • Format and update all workshop related documentation (OPS, PCD, MIS) in AEN template
