Learning & Development:
- To design regional training and development scheme based on business needs analysis.
- To manage and support execution of training programs at subsidiary level and results analysis at regional level.
-Prepare and implement learning strategies and programs
- Review individual and organizational development needs (Training Needs Analysis)
- Deploy different kinds of learning methods companywide, such as coaching, job-shadowing, online training and so on
- Organize e-learning courses? workshops and other trainings
- Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Organize new joiner & promotion training activities
- Supervise L&D Specialists
Experience: 3-10 years (HR function)
