Job purpose

Extensively involved in Contents creation for customer and CIC consultant for Product Explanation.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Maintain working knowledge of all products to be a subject matter expert of IT/Consumer electronics products
  • Understanding TV and Appliances Product and customer inquiry and able to create troubleshooting scenario to make guideline contents
  • Researches and identifies appropriate solutions; Create technical training course for CIC consultant of all skill levels on a variety of product knowledge
  • Counseling data Analysis & find customer’s insight, documentation & visualization on Power BI.
  • Contents management on Major website & YouTube (CSS, HTML proficiency required)
  • Proficient in creating technical content. (Video editing skills will be an advantage)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in multi-cultural environments
  • Proven teamwork skills and positive attitude.

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

  • Education: B.E or Diploma in Electronics/IT (Technical Background)
  • Specialized knowledge: Knowledge on Appliance products will be an advantage
  • Skills: High Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word,

Knowledge of any Visualization tools like : Data Studio/Power BI/Tableau

HTML, CSS, Adobe CC

Database: MySQL

Knowledge of PHP, Webhosting

  • Other characteristics such as personal characteristics: Positive attitude to learn new things & good behavior with juniors & seniors.
  • Creative and Well-Organized
  • Experience: More than 3 years with added IT/Technical Support/Technical Trainer/ background experience.
  • Language: English mandatory, Arabic & French or Turkish will be an advantage.
