? Identifying Key After Market Opportunities & FM companies Involved with End user details
? Develop relationships with current and potential FM on the After market & end users and responsible for meeting commercial targets.
? Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal
? Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
? Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
? Make recommendations on product enhancements for improved sales potential
? Evaluate appropriate new sales techniques and ensure its implementation in order to increase sales volume
? Performs technical and commercial review of client enquiry & competitor Product information.
? Provides market data for product/sales development & Competitor products presently sold to FM
? Prepares required sales and marketing tools
? Prepares required tools for executing jobs efficiently and in a short time.
? Gathers information related to product applications, technical assistance, pricing strategies and competitive information to field sales
Job Description of Sales Manager
? Participates in meetings or direct communications with customers or field sales offices to assist in resolution of problems or complaints
? Prepares and distributes literature, pricing information, technical data and promotional material to after market customers & develop Long term contracts.
? Maintains a teamwork philosophy with other departments to facilitate problem solving and provide good customer service
? Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
? Mechanical Engineering Degree or similar
? Languages required: English
? 10+ years’ experience in similar role level, in sales of technical products/Energy based solutions in HVAC Industry or Service sales Manager on Air Side/AHU service division with field sales.
? Customer Focused - Excellent attitude towards getting a job done quickly and to the highest
standards; Solution Focused
? Enthusiastic about the product and willingness to learn and develop throughout the company
? Confident Microsoft Office ability
? Driving License and transferable Ekama.
? Should have worked with atleast 10 Large FM companies in his Previous experience
? Commercial acumen towards business.
